Dearest Reader,

I gather these links slowly over the course of each month. When I return to them here, I’m always curious what thread emerges.

Last month centered on connection with self, other beings, and the planet. This month pulls towards holistic wellness.

There’s a personal current running through it, but also something practical and expansive. Along the way:

  • the lymphatic system: how it affects both physical appearance and overall health (plus a simple at-home routine you can follow)

  • minimalist, clean skincare and why what you eat matters just as much as what you put on your skin (including what I’m currently using in Thailand)

  • an Ayurvedic spring guide with recipes, daily routines, and a full cleanse (plus a simple self-massage practice you can try at home)

  • sauna and deliberate heat exposure: how it affects mood, hormones, metabolism, and long-term health (and why it’s one of the main ways I “get the heat out”)

  • why gentle practices like qi gong and tai chi are so powerful, and why most people still won’t do them

  • a three-minute morning routine from Japan that’s been broadcast daily for nearly a century (and what research is now showing about its effects on mobility and cognitive health)

  • how your beliefs about aging shape your physical and mental trajectory (with research showing improvement—not just decline)

I hope you’ll take from it what you most need. And a reminder: leaving a comment enters you into this month’s $100 book giveaway. ❤️
