The PERFECT HUNGER Link-Up is woven from what’s been tugging at my heartstrings lately. For full access to these Link-Ups, my step-by-step Guide to Transformative Eating, and the brand new TCM Deep Dives, upgrade your subscription here:

Comment to win: Paid subscribers who leave a comment on today’s link-up will be automatically entered into a raffle for a $100 gift card to Bookshop.org. This monthly perk is a heart-sourced thank you for supporting this newsletter. ❤️

To be entered, upgrade to a paid subscription if you’re not already and leave a comment below. I’ll pick this month’s winner on March 15 at 12:00 a.m. PT.

If you live someplace Bookshop.org doesn’t deliver, you can still enter. If you win, I’ll send your hundred bucks via PayPal instead of the gift card.

Dearest Reader,

My intention with these monthly link-ups is to share resources that help you feel better and live more beautifully. I’d love for you to join me in:

  • stretching beyond what’s familiar yet limiting or incomplete

  • expanding our sense of what’s possible for our body-mind-spirit, our world, and our relationships

  • cultivating hunger for what leaves us feeling good—both in the moment and afterwards

I typically group the listens and reads I share here into categories that emerge organically as I sit down to arrange the links I’ve collected throughout the month.

As I began preparing today’s link-up, however, a single thread revealed itself, weaving from one piece to the next. Rather than wrestle what felt natural and alive into tidy containers, I decided to honor that thread.

What follows is more of a journey than a set of categories. It winds its way through:

  • how we co-create our web of connection

  • how this web is changing—and how we’re participating in it, within and without

  • the tension between freeing ourselves from self-censorship and not needing to perform our stance online

  • power, obedience, and disobedience—and how meaningful change takes root

  • the difference between regulating ourselves and listening deeply

All that below, and I hope you’ll pull from it what your body-mind-spirit most needs. I’d also love to hear your thoughts and what you’re reading or listening to in the comments.

And remember: commenting enters you to win $100 for books. ❤️
