Tremendous, heart-sourced gratitude to my editor Erin Shetron for helping me step into my fuller, more courageous expression in this space and life generally. Thank you, Erin. So grateful for you and your way of being in the world. ❤️
OMG I'm SO proud!!!! This feels really expansive just reading about the transition and I'm thrilled to be following along on your journey. Truly inspiring.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Kaitlyn! Now you know what I was hinting about in your Aries Season Challenge. 😉 Heart-sourced gratitude to you for helping me find the courage to choose "what do I have to lose" over lingering in "what if". ❤️
My own recovery has gone through phases - i connect fully with your new “focus”. Even within the aa narrative, BW spoke of emotional sobriety as the end goal - a place where drugs are no longer the priority. More over without making the shift you are making, recovery stagnates….. 🫶🏻🙏🏼
This is exciting to hear, Dana! I know you will support many people under the new title.
Also, thank you for first introducing me to Gil Frontsdal and IMC Redwood City. I join the live meditation and dharma teaching Gil hosts every morning at 7 am. I love it and have learned so much. 💗
Thank you so much, Maria! One of my favorite things ever is when someone tells me they found Gil through my writing. Although I stopped attending live after moving to Thailand, I listen to the recordings every evening. His presence and teachings have been such a blessing, anchor, and guide. ❤️
💯!! I lived in Redwood City for two years, but it was back when I was lost. Oh well, maybe someday I will be able to attend a retreat with Gil at the IMC retreat center.

Yay Erin! 💕
Congratulations on this shift, Dana. I’m grateful for your ongoing efforts.
Thank you, Taishin Michael. I’m truly grateful for your steady, wise presence here.
🙏🏽💕 gonna be so good
Thank you, Lucy! I have so much appreciation and gratitude for your steady, encouraging presence here. ❤️
Excellent idea, rationale, and name.
It just makes sense. I agree, being sober is great but how long can that word define you if you’ve completely moved on.
Love it when things evolve. Congrats on the shift.
Thanks so much, Adam. Knowing your (excellent, super-supportive) writing, I think we’re very aligned on this.

I love this so much 😭❤️ it all makes sense now.
Looking forward to your continued evolution Dana. I'm here for it all and grateful for what you bring 😊
P.s. it feels auspicious that your new chapter is timed with stepping over the threshold into the 50s
Thank you, Vicki. I truly and deeply appreciate your presence here and your writing and way of being in the world. ❤️
And yes! It’s almost as though I wasn’t ready to make the change until I’d crossed that threshold.
Thanks Dana. 50 is a potent portal I believe 😀
This is an excellent idea, just excellent! xo
Thank you so much, Val. Big x’s and o’s and heart-sourced gratitude for your presence here.
Very interesting proposition!! Good luck from the heart!!
Thanks, Jose!

I love this and it makes perfect sense. Looking forward to feeding my hunger!
Thanks so much, Dr. Paul!
